The filming shows Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj in a relaxed setting, explaining how the mind has to become detached from the world and attached to God. He speaks in simple terms that a beginner could understand.

The English subtitles are well translated and easy to read. This set of DVDs is particularly useful for a week-long meditation program, allowing the viewer a daily lecture of manageable proportion.
